INVITATION FOR END OF PROJECT EVALUATION PROPOSALS

Habitat for Humanity Uganda (HFHU), a member of the global network Habitat for Humanity International present in over 70 countries, has been a key figure in Uganda’s housing sector since 1980. Over the past four decades, HFHU has worked alongside the government, cultural institutions, families, and communities to deliver quality affordable housing, as well as water, sanitation and hygiene, and youth skills training. Our efforts have resulted in the construction of more than 40,000 homes and the provision of safe drinking water to 105,000 households, contributing to the achievement of the Uganda National Development Plans and the UN Sustainable Development Goals, specifically:

• Gender Equality (5)
• Sustainable Cities and Communities (11)

Since September 2022, HFHU has been executing the Integrated Community Resilience (ICR) program, focusing on Shelter, WASH, and youth employment, which will continue until September 2024 in the districts of Soroti, Kumi, Namayingo, and Kabarole.

HFHU is seeking to engage consultancy services for an End of Project Evaluation. This evaluation aims to measure the project’s overall performance against its intended impact and outcome indicators, identifying successes and areas for improvement, and facilitating learning. The insights gained will guide the design and programming of future projects, ensure accountability to stakeholders, and foster opportunities for new partnerships.

Suitably qualified firms or individual consultants are invited to submit their technical and financial proposals strictly by email to procurement@hfhuganda.org no later than 2nd August 2024, 5:00pm. Proposals received after this deadline will not be considered.
