Robert has extensive multi-sectoral experience leading complex development and humanitarian programs in various contexts. He has held leadership and technical advisory positions with numerous organizations including Rural Self-Help Care Organisation, Concern Worldwide, Plan International, IRC-International Water and Sanitation Center and SNV-Netherlands Development Organisation that has enabled him develop exceptional skills in strategic leadership, program development and execution, moreover with first-rate interpersonal and team building capabilities.
Robert holds a bachelor’s degree in Environment Management from Makerere University. He also has a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management and Development from Manchester University in UK and another Master’s Degree in International Primary Health Care from the University of London, UK.

Prior to his appointment, Robert has been a consultant at the Ministry of Water and Environment. As the National Director, he is responsible for the overall leadership in the development and execution of the country strategy. He is accountable to lead, direct, develop and manage HFH resources ensuring quality, effectiveness and accountability in line with HFH International policies, protocols and standards.
